We’re looking for a driven, results-focused sales professional ready to make their mark with a growing, award-winning housebuilder known for delivering exceptional homes. If you’re ambitious and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is your chance to join a dynamic and expanding team across the Central Belt.

Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and energetic individual to sell their stunning new homes across the region, primarily in the East. This is a Supporting Sales Advisor position that will see you supporting multiple developments and sales teams. In return, you’ll receive a highly competitive basic salary and commission structure.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Owning the full sales journey — from lead generation and appointments through to reservations, progression, legal completion, and upselling extras
  • Driving sales through outstanding customer engagement and relationship building
  • Keeping the CRM fully up to date with proactive and accurate reporting
  • Developing expert product knowledge to match buyers with their perfect home
  • Ensuring full compliance with processes and maintaining accurate internal records
  • Delivering an exceptional customer experience at every touchpoint

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience in new homes sales
  • Full UK driving licence (essential)
  • Natural relationship-builder who thrives in a fast-paced setting

  • Available to work Thursday to Monday (weekends essential)
