We are excited to support an award winning client in finding their newest colleague to join their team in East Edinburgh. With a proven track record in driving results, delivering excellence and exceptional trust pilot reviews, we are working with a builder who is an established builder in Scotland who have more sites coming up this year and will continue to thrive. We want to speak to ambitious individuals who are enthusiastic, energetic and driven to sell their beautiful new homes. As a valued member of their team you will be rewarded with a competitive package with a strong basic salary and commission.

Role Responsibilities include:

  • Take accountability for all activity relating to sales including client generation, client appointments, reservations, sales transactions, legal completions along with upselling of finishing touches.
  • Drive sales by providing a high level of customer engagement, building a strong rapport with potential clients and liaising with external suppliers and support.
  • Pro Active in updating and maintaining the Customer Relationship Management System (CRM).
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of products to match clients’ needs and wants.
  • Ensure compliance with all process and procedures. Handling internal databases to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide outstanding service to all clients, ensuring that their customer journey is positive and efficient.

The ideal candidate will have the following:

  • Worked in the new homes industry.
  • Full Driving Licence is required.
  • Strong ability to build relationships and work within a fast paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and a ability to adapt to situations.
  • Ability to work Weekends.
