What you’ll be doing:

Take ownership of a Commercial Team /division in Yorkshire.

Managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle for both candidates and clients

Building and maintaining strong client relationships through business development

Sourcing and interviewing high-calibre candidates using various channels

Providing consultative advice to both clients and candidates

Meeting and exceeding individual and team performance targets
