We are looking for a cook/chef to join our team at a pub in Buxton, Derbyshire that is currently under refurbishment. Opening date is still to be confirmed, but looking around the end of September/start of October. This is your chance to be part of the team that starts it all!

Your main job role will be assisting our head chef in preparing and cooking a variety of a traditional homemade and homecooked dishes to a high standard. We will be focusing on using fresh, local suppliers to create our dishes. Ensuring consistency, quality and presentation will be key. Maintaining a clean, safe working environment in line with hygiene regulations is extremely important.

We are looking for someone with a passion for food and a strong work ethic. Previous experience in a similar setting is a must.

Basic food hygiene certificate (level 2 or higher preferred)
