Mount Pleasant is available on our Management Agreement, Just Add Talent. It combines our tried-and-tested pub concept with industry-leading training and support for you and your team. This is your opportunity to run a ready-made pub with no utilities, stock, rent or maintenance costs. We also supply ready-to-go till, stock ordering and health & safety systems. The Area: Mount Pleasant is a welcoming community pub, providing great value drinks and a friendly space for loyal locals to meet and enjoy everyday get-togethers. The Mount Pleasant is located in the large village of Wombourne and is on a prominent road opposite the 2 schools within a residential area of the village. The pub is 4 miles from Wolverhampton and 6 miles from Dudley, also close to Stourbridge. The pub is located near industrial parks and residential housing. The pub benefits from being one of 3 pubs found in an area of around 2515 adults. The main customer base is made up of employed and retired adults over 45. The food will make up 10/15% of the pub's total sales. You can drive trade through well thought out live entertainment, darts, and live sports. Pub Financials: With our 5 Star Promise, you'll be paid a weekly revenue share plus a quarterly 20% uncapped net operating profit. Estimated On Target Earnings £39,560 Annual. Estimated Annual Turnover £427,691. Ingoing Costs £4,000. The above figures are provided as a guide only and will be finalised as part of the commercial agreement. All figures quoted are exclusive of VAT.
