It combines our tried-and-tested pub concept with industry-leading training and support for you and your team. Trading Area & Facilities: The Boathouse benefits from a segmented interior trade area, with 90+ internal covers for dining & drinking. Externally, there is a large outdoor trading area included a covered drinking/dining area. Significant works will be undertaken throughout the pub to enhance its appeal.
Private Accommodation: Private Accommodation at the Boathouse consists of a separate semi-detached house 50 yards from the pub. Inside are 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, kitchen, lounge and separate WC.
Pub Financials: With our 5 Star Promise, you'll be paid a weekly revenue share plus a quarterly 20% uncapped net operating profit. Estimated On Target Earnings £38,399 Annual. Estimated Annual Turnover £588,023. Ingoing Costs £4,000. The above figures are provided as a guide only and will be finalised as part of the commercial agreement. All figures quoted are exclusive of VAT.
