Kings Head Wells is available on our Management Agreement, Just Add Talent. It combines our tried-and-tested pub concept with industry-leading training and support for you and your team. This is your opportunity to run a ready-made pub with no utilities, stock, rent or maintenance costs. We also supply ready-to-go till, stock ordering and health & safety systems. About the pub:
Kings Head is a welcoming local pub, providing a premium food and drink range that combines a quality pub atmosphere, live sports and social events. The Kings Head is located in the town of Wells, close to the majestic Wells cathedral. The pub is surrounded by shops, food and retail outlets and mixed housing. The Kings Head offers a welcoming, traditional local pub experience, with a cosy, stylish traditional feel, finished to a high standard of quality and visual appeal. The courtyard is a suntrap and adds a wonderful outdoor drinking and dining experience.
Demographics:
The pub benefits from being on a busy high street with lots of passing trade including visitors to the area. The surrounding customer base is made up of retired people, bungalow dwellers and professional families.
