Overview
Planned refurbishment of a great community pub with a strong local focus. The Rock is available on our Management Agreement, Just Add Talent. It combines our tried-and-tested pub concept with industry-leading training and support for you and your team. This is your opportunity to run a ready-made pub with no utilities, stock, rent or maintenance costs. We also supply ready-to-go till, stock ordering and health & safety systems. You can rest assured knowing that we do the detail, so you can Think Bigger. The area
The Rock is located within a residential community, benefiting from local housing and steady everyday trade. The pub serves as a social hub for the area, with limited competition nearby and strong potential for community engagement.
Demographics
There are around 4,500 people within a 10-minute walk, rising to more than 8,000 within 20 minutes. The area has a large number of older residents, with many people already retired, while younger adults are less represented. Local households are generally well-off with good disposable income, so there’s strong demand for quality pubs and a welcoming community space.
