The Queen Charlotte is located in Windsor town centre, close to Windsor Castle. The pub is surrounded by a busy mix of locals and tourists. Around 3,000 adults live within a 10-minute walk time and 11,000 within a 20-minute walk time. There are 27 pubs within a 10-minute walk, giving strong footfall and plenty of passing trade.
Available on our management agreement, Just Add Talent, the pub has a tried and tested food and drinks offer. We’re also really interested to hear your ideas on how to drive trade. Attitude is more valuable than experience. If you’ve got the following, we’d love to hear from you:

The Queen Charlotte will be undergoing a refurbishment which will cover the full internal and external decoration of the pub. The pub’s trading area and facilities post-refurbishment will be:

- Separate dining room.
- 77 internal covers.
- 8 external covers.
- Catering kitchen.
- Function room.
- HEINEKEN SmartDispense®.
- Two one-bedroom letting flats (each with lounge and bathroom, shared kitchen access).
- Private accommodation.
Private accommodation consists of two one-bedroom flats, each including a lounge and bathroom with shared kitchen access.
Estimated On Target Earnings £48,359. Ingoing Costs £4,000. Estimated Annual Turnover £539,338. The above figures are provided as a guide only and will be finalised as part of the commercial agreement. All figures quoted are exclusive of VAT.
