Pub Overview

The Plough Inn will be fully renovated & available on our Management Agreement, Just Add Talent. It combines our tried-and-tested pub concept with industry-leading training and support for you and your team. Click here for more information on Just Add Talent.

The Plough Inn is a welcoming community pub, providing great value drinks, and a friendly space for loyal locals to meet and enjoy everyday get togethers. A full refurbishment is planned to help you drive trade.

Located on Smorrall Lane, Bedworth. The pub sits within a well-populated residential area on the edge of town, just a short distance from Bedworth centre and close to Nuneaton and Coventry. The location benefits from strong local footfall and transport links, making it a convenient and accessible community pub.

Trading Area & Facilities

The Plough Inn will be undergoing a refurbishment which will cover the interior and exterior of the pub.

The pub’s trading area and facilities post refurbishment will be:

  • Large beer garden, including covered patio area
  • Car park with 20 spaces, with additional on-site if required

Applicants should be aware that all refurbishments are subject to final board approval which will be determined as part of the leasing process.

Private accommodation consists of four bedrooms, a living room, kitchen, bathroom, and office.
