The Plough is located in the Staining area of Blackpool, the pub enjoys a setting that combines suburban calm with easy access to well-known regional destinations. Just a short golf‑drive away is the Staining Lodge Golf Course, an 18‑hole pay‑and‑play course set in about 160 acres of the rural Fylde countryside, giving the area a sense of green space and leisure opportunity close to home. Transport-wise, the pub is close to the M55 and within easy reach of Poulton‑le‑Fylde rail station for connections across the North West. Blackpool’s seafront, piers and major attractions are also nearby, broadening appeal to both locals and visiting families.

Available on our management agreement, Just Add Talent, the pub has a tried and tested food & drinks offer. The refurbishment will allow for food to make up 40% of the pub’s total sales. The Plough will be undergoing a refurbishment which will cover the internal and external areas of the pub. The pub’s trading area and facilities post refurbishment will be:

Private accommodation consists of 2 bedrooms, kitchen, living room, office and a bathroom.
