The Mill House is located in the town of St Helens, which is between Liverpool & Manchester. The pub is surrounded by mixed and traditional terraces housing. Only 2 miles from the ‘Totally Wicked Stadium’ which is the home of St Helens Rugby Football Club.

The pub benefits from being one of 4 pubs found in an area of around 5,131 adults. The customer base is made up of a mixture of age groups on low to medium incomes.

The offer:

The food currently makes up 22% of the pub’s total sales. You can drive trade through well thought through live sports, live entertainment and selection of pub games, such as pool, and darts.
