Marsh Harrier has recently had a full refurbishment and is situated in the heart of the Southport community. Bring your experience in managing a team and executing a plan to build a successful pub business. What would you do with this pub to execute our retail offer?
The Marsh Harrier is located in the town of Southport, which is close to Formby and right in the middle between Liverpool and Preston. The pub is surrounded by shops, food and retail outlets and mixed housing. The pub is only a short walk from the famous Southport Beach and Pier and all the local tourist attractions.
The pub benefits from being one of 2 pubs found in an area of around 4,300 adults. The majority customer base is made up of midlife carefree and mature adults.
Available on our management agreement, Just Add Talent, the pub has a tried and tested food and drinks offer. The food currently makes up 25% of the pub's total sales. You can drive trade through well thought through live sports, selection of pub games, such as pool, darts, and pub games machines. We’re also really interested to hear your ideas on how to drive trade.
