The Lion is located in Shirley, near Solihull. Shirley is a town in the Metropolitan Borough of Solihull, in the West Midlands. It is surrounded by strong demographics, with 900 adults living within a 10-minute walk, consisting of mostly medium to high affluence. The pub is surrounded by shops, food and retail outlets and mixed housing.
The pub benefits from being one of seven pubs found in an area of around 4,230 adults. The main customer base is made up of employed and retired adults.
Available on our management agreement, Just Add Talent, the pub has a tried and tested food and drinks offer. The food offer will need to be relaunched.
