About the pub:

The Horse & Jockey is a welcoming local pub, providing a premium food & drink range that combines a quality pub atmosphere, live sports and social events. Applicants should be aware that all refurbishments are subject to final board approval which will be determined as part of the leasing process. A full refurbishment is planned to help you drive trade.

Located in the village of Waddington, close to RAF Waddington. The pub is surrounded by rural residential areas and a large RAF base where around 3,500 people work daily.

The area has strong local demographics, with a high index of midlife and mature adults in the medium affluence band, and limited local competition. The pub is well placed to become a hub for both the local community and transient trade from the RAF base and surrounding areas.

The refurbishment will allow for food to make up 50% of the pub’s total sales.

The Horse & Jockey will be undergoing a refurbishment which will cover the internal and external areas of the pub.
