The Horse & Jockey is available on our Management Agreement, Just Add Talent. It combines our tried-and-tested pub concept with industry-leading training and support for you and your team. This is your opportunity to run a ready-made pub with no utilities, stock, rent or maintenance costs. We also supply ready-to-go till, stock ordering and health & safety systems. About the pub: The Horse & Jockey is a welcoming community pub, providing great value drinks offer and a friendly space for loyal locals to meet and enjoy everyday get-togethers. The pub is located in the affluent town of Upton, close on the Wirral. The pub is surrounded by shops, local businesses and mixed housing. A recent refresh has enhanced the internal trading area and made the outside area a lovely place to relax with all the family. The pub benefits from being one of five pubs found in an area of around 4,108 adults. The majority customer base is made up of a low to medium mature affluence demographics.
The offer: The Horse & Jockey is a drinks-led venue. You can drive trade through well thought through live sports, selection of pub games, such as pool, darts and pub games machines.
