The Green Man is a great British pub at the heart of the Derby community. It is available on a Management Agreement with Just Add Talent, combining a tried‐and‐tested pub concept with industry‐leading training and support for you and your team. This is your opportunity to run a ready‐made pub with no utilities, stock, rent or maintenance costs. We also supply ready‐to‐go till, stock ordering and health & safety systems, so you can Think Bigger.

The pub is located in a busy hospitality area and is one of seven pubs serving a population of about 2,037 adults. The mature customer base is made up of medium to high affluent people.
Food currently makes up 17% of the pub's total sales. You can drive trade through value‐driven live entertainment, live sports and a selection of pub games such as pool. We're also really interested to hear your ideas on how to drive trade.
