Major refurbishment planned for premium village local. The Duke’s Head will be fully renovated and available on our Management Agreement, Just Add Talent. It combines our tried-and-tested pub concept with industry-leading training and support for you and your team. This is your opportunity to run a newly refurbished, ready-made pub with no utilities, stock, rent or maintenance costs. We also supply ready-to-go till, stock ordering and health & safety systems. A full refurbishment is planned to help you maximise trade and create a modern, comfortable environment. Located in Sevenoaks, the pub sits on the main village thoroughfare, close to residential housing, local amenities and the train station. The area benefits from strong commuter footfall alongside established local trade.

The Duke’s Head will be undergoing a refurbishment which will cover the interior and exterior of the pub. The pub’s trading area and facilities post refurbishment will be:
- Main trading area with bar
- 47 internal covers
- 124 external covers
- HEINEKEN SmartDispense®
- Dedicated sports zone with pool table and darts
- Large beer garden with external TVs and festoon lighting
- Car park with 20 spaces
Private accommodation is available.
Estimated On Target Earnings £48,185. Ingoing Costs £4,000. Estimated Annual Turnover £423,226. The above figures are provided as a guide only and will be finalised as part of the commercial agreement. All figures quoted are exclusive of VAT.
