The Marlborough Head is located in Rochford, just north of Southend-on-Sea in Essex. The pub is one of 8 pubs found in an area of around 3,225 adults. The customer base is made up of all age ranges, of mostly medium affluence.
Available on our management agreement, Just Add Talent, the pub has a tried and tested food and drinks offer. The food currently makes up 10% of the pub’s total sales. You can drive trade through the tried and tested food and drink offer, the pub’s prominent position for attracting passing trade, and the extensive beer garden in the summer months. We’re also really interested to hear your ideas on how to drive trade.
If you’ve benefited from managing or supervising a pub, we’d love to hear what experience you can bring. Ingoing Costs: £4,000. The above figures are provided as a guide only and will be finalised as part of the commercial agreement. All figures quoted are exclusive of VAT.
