About the pub
The Seaglass is a welcoming community pub, providing great value drinks and a friendly space for loyal locals to meet and enjoy everyday get togethers.
The Seaglass is located in the village of Port Seaton, close to the main road into Port Seaton and a short drive to Seaton Sands Holiday Park. The pub is surrounded by shops, food and retails outlets and mixed housing.
Demographics
The pub benefits from being one of 3 pubs found in an area of around 4,000 adults. The majority of the customer base is made up of high affluent professionals.
The offer
The food currently makes up 25% of the pub’s total sales.
You can drive trade through a strong live entertainment, live sports and pub games machines.
