Great local pub in Perth. The Welcome Inn is available on our Management Agreement, Just Add Talent. It combines our tried-and-tested pub concept with industry-leading training and support for you and your team. This is your opportunity to run a ready-made pub with no utilities, stock, rent or maintenance costs. We also supply ready-to-go till, stock ordering and health & safety systems. The Welcome Inn is a welcoming community pub, providing great value drinks and food and a friendly space for loyal locals to meet and enjoy everyday get-togethers. The Welcome Inn is located in the town of Perth, close to St Johnstone Football Club. The pub is surrounded by shops, food and retail outlets and mixed housing.
The pub benefits from being one of three pubs found within a 10-minute walk. The majority of the customer base is made up of around 5,000 adults. The food currently makes up 22% of the pub’s total sales. You can drive trade through broadly available live sports, selection of pub games, such as pool, darts and pub games machines.
