White Swan Otley is available on our Management Agreement, Just Add Talent. It combines our tried-and-tested pub concept with industry-leading training and support for you and your team. This is your opportunity to run a ready-made pub with no utilities, stock, rent or maintenance costs. We also supply ready-to-go till, stock ordering and health and safety systems. About the pub: White Swan Otley is a welcoming local pub, providing a premium drink range that combines a quality pub atmosphere, live sports and social events. A full refurbishment of this pub is planned to help you drive trade. Applicants should be aware that all refurbishments are subject to final board approval which will be determined as part of the leasing process.

Trading Area & Facilities: Main trading area with bar, patioed garden with covered seating area, car park with 6 spaces, darts area. The external and signage will be redecorated where required as will the internal trade areas and toilets. A new TV & sound system will be installed to facilitate sports viewing throughout, and the domestic accommodation will receive a full redecoration. Applicants should be aware that all refurbishments are subject to final board approval which will be determined as part of the leasing process.
Private Accommodation: Private accommodation consists of 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, a living room, office and reception room.
Pub Financials: With our 5 Star Promise, you'll be paid a weekly revenue share plus a quarterly 20% uncapped net operating profit. Estimated On Target Earnings £42,540 Annual. Estimated Annual Turnover £390,453. Ingoing Costs £4,000. The above figures are provided as a guide only and will be finalised as part of the commercial agreement. All figures quoted are exclusive of VAT.
