The Pig on the Wall will be fully renovated & available on our Management Agreement, Just Add Talent. It combines our tried-and-tested pub concept with industry-leading training and support for you and your team.

Private accommodation consists of 2 bedrooms, kitchen, office, bathroom & a large living room.
Pub Financials
With our 5 Star Promise, you'll be paid a weekly revenue share plus a quarterly 20% uncapped net operating profit. Estimated On Target Earnings £45,655 Annual. Estimated Annual Turnover £562,000. Ingoing Costs £4,000. The above figures are provided as a guide only and will be finalised as part of the commercial agreement. All figures quoted are exclusive of VAT.
