Refurbishment planned for town centre pub. The Station Bar will be fully renovated and available on our Management Agreement, Just Add Talent. It combines our tried-and-tested pub concept with industry-leading training and support for you and your team. This is your opportunity to run a newly refurbished, ready-made pub with no utilities, stock, rent or maintenance costs. We also supply ready-to-go till, stock ordering and health & safety systems. About the pub:
The Station Bar is a welcoming community pub providing great value drinks and a friendly space for loyal locals to meet and enjoy everyday get-togethers. A full refurbishment is planned to help you drive trade. The Station Bar is located in the town of Helensburgh, close to East Princes Street and the train station. The pub is surrounded by local shops, restaurants, and residential streets. The refurbishment will include internal redecoration throughout, a refreshed bar servery and lounge area, and refurbished customer toilets. External works will retain the existing signage and lighting, with added outdoor planting and improved amenity.

Trading Area & Facilities: The Station Bar will be undergoing a refurbishment which will cover the internal trading areas of the pub. A full list of works and the pub floor plan can be found in the ‘refurbishment details’ in the downloads. The pub’s trading area and facilities post refurbishment will be:
- Main trading area with bar
- Lounge area
- Catering kitchen
- HEINEKEN SmartDispense ®
- Beer garden with outdoor seating
Applicants should be aware that all refurbishments are subject to final board approval which will be determined as part of the leasing process.
Private Accommodation: Private accommodation consists of 3 bedrooms, living room, kitchen and bathroom.
Pub Financials: Estimated On Target Earnings £51,007. Ingoing Costs £4,000. Estimated Annual Turnover £489,389. The above figures are provided as a guide only and will be finalised as part of the commercial agreement. All figures quoted are exclusive of VAT.
