Pearce’s Bar will be fully renovated and available on our Management Agreement, Just Add Talent. It combines our tried-and-tested pub concept with industry-leading training and support for you and your team. This is your opportunity to run a newly refurbished, ready-made pub with no utilities, stock, rent or maintenance costs. We also supply ready-to-go till, stock ordering and health & safety systems. About the pub: Pearce’s Bar brings people together over premium drinks and live events in stylish surroundings where energy builds from day to night. A full refurbishment is planned to help you drive trade. Pearce’s Bar is located in the city of Edinburgh, close to the Edinburgh Playhouse and Waverley Station. The pub is surrounded by shops, food and retail outlets and mixed housing.
The offer: Food currently makes up 20% of the pub’s total sales. You can drive trade through strong live entertainment, live sports and high-quality service. We’re also really interested to hear your ideas on how to drive trade.
