White Bull is a traditional community focused British pub in a lovely village location. It is available on our Management Agreement, Just Add Talent, which combines our tried‑and‑tested pub concept with industry‑leading training and support for you and your team. This is your opportunity to run a ready‑made pub with no utilities, stock, rent or maintenance costs. We also supply ready‑to‑go till, stock ordering and health & safety systems.

About the pub: White Bull is a welcoming local pub, providing a premium food and drink range that combines a quality pub atmosphere, live sports and social events. The pub is located in the lovely country village of Great Eccleston, surrounded by shops, food and retail outlets and mixed housing, and is close to both holiday and caravan parks. The pub is in beautiful decorative order throughout.
Demographics: The pub benefits from being one of 3 pubs found in an area of around 1225 adults. The majority customer base is made up of mature adults of medium to high income.
The offer: The food currently makes up 15% of the pub’s total sales. You can drive trade through a strong food & drinks offer and live sports. We’re also really interested to hear your ideas on how to drive trade. Attitude is more valuable than experience.
