It combines our tried-and-tested pub concept with industry-leading training and support for you and your team. This is your opportunity to run a ready-made pub with no utilities, stock, rent or maintenance costs. We also supply ready-to-go till, stock ordering and health & safety systems. The Cherry Orchard is a welcoming community wet-led pub, providing great value drinks and a friendly space for loyal locals to meet and enjoy everyday get-togethers. A full refurbishment of this pub is planned to help you drive trade. Located in Chester and close to the delights of the city centre, the Cherry Orchard benefits from a strong residential setting and an established local customer base. With homes surrounding the pub, there is a clear opportunity to build on everyday local trade by creating a warm, friendly and consistent pub offer that gives the community a great place to meet.

Trading Area & Facilities
The refurbishment of the Cherry Orchard is expected to cover both the interior and exterior of the pub. The planned works are expected to refresh the pub throughout, creating a welcoming community space with an improved main trading area, a strong drinks-led offer and outdoor areas that support local trade across the week. The pub’s trading area and facilities post refurbishment are expected to include:

Pub Financials
With our 5 Star Promise, you'll be paid a weekly revenue share plus a quarterly 20% uncapped net operating profit. Estimated On Target Earnings £50,283 Annual. Estimated Annual Turnover £545,662. Ingoing Costs £4,000. The above figures are provided as a guide only and will be finalised as part of the commercial agreement. All figures quoted are exclusive of VAT.
