The Dog Inn is available on our Management Agreement, Just Add Talent. It combines our tried-and-tested pub concept with industry-leading training and support for you and your team. Click here for more information on Just Add Talent.
This is your opportunity to run a ready-made pub with no utilities, stock, rent or maintenance costs. We also supply ready-to-go till, stock ordering and health & safety systems. You can rest assured knowing that we do the detail, so you can Think Bigger.

The area:
The Dog Inn is in the large village of Water Orton, on the outskirts of Birmingham. Water Orton sits between Castle Bromwich and Coleshill and has good access links, including its own railway station. The pub is next to the station, surrounded by private housing and close by to local shops and amenities. Well supported by the local community, the pub benefits from a great catchment area presenting the operator with the opportunity to build a loyal and profitable customer base.
Demographics:
The pub benefits from being one of two pubs found in an area of around 1,800 adults. The diverse customer base includes a wide range of ages, from young to mature drinkers.
