Refurbishment planned for this traditional community pub! The Wellington Bar will be fully renovated and available on our Management Agreement, Just Add Talent. It combines our tried-and-tested pub concept with industry-leading training and support for you and your team.

The Wellington Bar is a welcoming community pub, providing great value drinks and a friendly space for loyal locals to meet and enjoy everyday get-togethers. A full refurbishment is planned to help you drive trade. The Wellington Bar is located in Falkirk town centre, surrounded by shops, food and retail outlets, and mixed housing. The pub is within walking distance of the train station and very close to the main shopping street in Falkirk. The area has both younger and mature demographics, with 3,671 adults within a 10-minute walk and 14,789 within 20 minutes.

Private accommodation consists of 2 bedrooms, a living room, kitchen and a bathroom.
With our 5 Star Promise, you'll be paid a weekly revenue share plus a quarterly 20% uncapped net operating profit.
