A refurbishment in the region of £107,000 is planned for the Plough Horsell, transforming it into a warm, cosy premium local pub with a strong food, drink and sports offer. What would you do with this pub to make it a success? About the area The Plough is located in the beautiful Surrey village of Horsell, less than a mile from Woking town centre. Around 1,842 adults live within walking distance of the pub, giving it a strong local catchment, while there are no competing pubs within a 10-minute walk. The pub currently attracts a loyal but more mature customer base, with an opportunity to broaden its appeal. Following the refurbishment, the Plough will be repositioned as a welcoming premium local, particularly appealing to families and casual diners looking for quality food and drink in a relaxed setting. The refreshed interiors, cosy fires, new snug, improved garden and introduction of Sky Sports will give local customers more reasons to visit throughout the week, helping the Plough rebuild its reputation at the heart of the local community. The offer The Plough Horsell is available on our investment tenancy agreement. Click here for more information on this agreement. Please refer to the ‘Refurbishment Details’ section for details of the investment being made. Who we’re looking for Attitude is more valuable than experience.
