The Boverton Castle is located on the main road in the attractive village of Boverton, Llantwit Major. Surrounded by shops and houses and opposite the Castle of Boverton tourist attraction. An ideal venue for locals and visitors looking for a welcoming place to enjoy a relaxing drink or bite to eat. It is also very popular with families and friends looking for a game of pool or to watch live sporting events.
Only a short 10-minute walk from Llantwit Major train station with regular connections to both Swansea and Cardiff. The Boverton can also enjoy the footfall generated from a new housing development and a large car factory located only a few miles away.
The Pub has a function room with the capacity to accommodate around 50 people. This is an extra income opportunity for the operator.
The beer garden at the Boverton Castle is a great outside space for customers to enjoy an alfresco drink or meal during the warmer months. By adding heaters, the operator could utilise this space all year round.

Trading Area & Facilities
The Boverton Castle is well maintained and in good order throughout. Consists of a bar and lounge areas each with their own bar servery. It has a bright and open feel with ample seating throughout.
There is a catering kitchen on-site to accommodate around 60 covers, 20 in the Bar area, and 40 in the lounge area. Sports area with pool table and Dart Board and large TV’s throughout showing all live sporting events.
The function room is situated on the first floor with a capacity of 50 people, this room is currently tired and in need of a small investment.
Externally the pub has a beer garden and a car park.

A deposit of 6 month\’s rent will be required for operators trading under a Limited Company with no Guarantors. In order to ensure a successful start-up, all applicants must have a minimum £10,000 un-borrowed funds.
