The Area
The pub benefits from being one of five pubs found in an area of around 820 adults. The mature and affluent customer base is made up of young, midlife and mature adults. Salterforth is a small, premium village located between Barnoldswick and Colne. The Anchor sits beside the Leeds Liverpool Canal with a small marina and canal boat turning point opposite. This beautiful location is popular with walkers and offers virtually no local competition.
The Offer
The pub is available on our investment tenancy agreement. This is a fantastic little pub full of character. Once refreshed, it should become the heart of the local village and a destination for walkers, cyclists, and canal boaters.
