Overview
Pub Overview: Great Village Pub. What would you do with this pub to make it even more of a success?
The Stag’s Head is a village local well positioned on a main road in the village of Esh-Winning, Durham. It sits on a corner plot, flanked by local shops and other amenities. Due to its central position, the pub attracts passing trade and locals alike.
The site offers a foundation tenancy agreement and has potential to develop a well thought through food and drinks offer. It currently drives trade via live entertainment, live sports and a selection of pub games such as pool and darts. It offers a selection of coffees, popular beers, ciders, wines and spirits.
What would you do to drive trade? If you’ve benefited from running or owning a pub business, we’d love to hear what experience you can bring. The right licensee will have extensive experience in a community-led hospitality business, a clear vision for food and drinks, a marketing strategy and an entertainment offer to create a memorable experience for customers.
