The right operator will have extensive experience in community-led hospitality, a clear vision for food and drinks menus, marketing strategy, and entertainment to create a memorable customer experience.

All refurbishments are subject to final board approval as part of the leasing process.
When a significant investment is made by Star Pubs & Bars, an Investment Exemption may apply, affecting lease terms at rent review per The Pub Code (2016).
Private Accommodation
The private accommodation consists of four double bedrooms, kitchen, living room, bathroom and shower room.
Pub Financials
With our 5 Star Promise, the rent at the start of the agreement is fixed until the end of the initial term.
