Pub Financials
With our 5 Star Promise, the rent at the start of your agreement is fixed until the end of its initial term. Indicative entry costs range from £10,453 to £51,604 (annual turnover £438,967; annual rent £23,438). Entry Costs and Deposits include: Deposit build up from 1 month rent (£5,859); estimated fixtures & fittings value (£37,245) with some deals available; stock valuation (£5,000); working capital (£3,500). The figures are provided as a guide and will be finalised as part of the commercial agreement. All figures exclude VAT. Ongoing charges may include maintenance, repairs fund and other items outlined prior to finalising a business plan and Heads of Terms. The calculation assumes a minimum deposit of 1 month rent and rented fixtures and fittings. For FRI and Investment Tenancy Agreements deposits will be 3 months’ rent in advance, and fixtures and fittings must be purchased. A deposit of 6 months’ rent is required for operators trading under a Limited Company with no guarantors. A minimum £10,000 un-borrowed funds requirement applies for applicants.
