Run a Star Pub - Duckworth Hall Oswaldtwistle in Accrington

The Duckworth Hall is due for a refurbishment with a planned spend in the region of £206,000 to transform it into a refreshed traditional country pub with a strong destination food offer. What would you do with this pub to make it a success? About the area The Duckworth Hall sits in a rural destination location in Oswaldtwistle, just off a busy junction, giving it strong roadside visibility and a clear opportunity to attract both local residents and passing customers. There are 563 adults within a 20-minute walk of the pub, with a much wider drive-to catchment for those seeking quality food in a traditional country pub setting. The pub currently has an opportunity to grow beyond a basic offer and attract more destination visits. With only one principal local competitor noted in the briefing, the refurbishment will help reposition the Duckworth Hall as a standout choice for fresh, home-cooked food, relaxed drinks, dog walkers, local residents and diners looking for a country pub experience. The offer Duckworth Hall is available on our investment tenancy agreement. Click here for more information on this agreement.
