This varied role involves regional travel and may require overnight stays when needed, with accommodation provided, to support dispatch operations across two depot locations.

- Luton Depot – Bedfordshire
The Role
You will deliver and collect powered access machinery across multiple depots within the region.
As the face of the business, you will represent Star Platforms professionally on customer sites and help ensure a consistently high standard of service.
Key Responsibilities
- Delivering and collecting powered access equipment (including cherry pickers and scissor lifts) in a safe and professional manner
- Ensuring load security during loading, transportation, and unloading
- Conducting daily and weekly vehicle checks and reporting any defects
- Adhering to all Health & Safety standards and safe working practices
- Providing excellent customer service at all delivery and collection points
- What We’re Looking For
- Ideally have experience in multi-drop deliveries
- Preferably have experience transporting, loading, and unloading plant or construction equipment (full training provided for the right candidate)
- Understand the importance of excellent customer service and be confident building relationships
- Be able to work well under pressure in a varied, fast-paced role
- Demonstrate a flexible and positive attitude, adapting to meet the day-to-day needs of the driving team.
