About the Role

As our Retail Manager, you’ll lead your team to deliver outstanding customer service and operational excellence. You will:

  • Motivate, train, and develop your team to achieve business goals.

  • Manage stock, merchandising, rosters, and compliance standards.

About You

You’re an energetic and results-focused leader who thrives in a customer-centric environment. You’ll bring:

  • Proven retail or team management experience (pharmacy or health retail ideal).
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
  • Experience managing KPIs, budgets, and payroll.
  • Thrives working in a fast paced environment.
  • Current or willing-to-obtain police clearance.

Bonus if you have an S2/S3 Certificate or pharmacy experience.
