We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Supply Chain professional to join a fast-paced pharmaceutical organisation operating within a complex and highly regulated environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys ownership, thrives under pressure, and wants to play a hands-on role in ensuring continuity of supply, strong vendor partnerships, and operational excellence across the UK market.

The Role

You’ll support end-to-end UK supply chain operations, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure products are delivered efficiently, compliantly, and on time. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing time-critical import clearance for inbound pharmaceutical shipments
  • Monitoring inventory through live shipment schedules and bespoke reporting
  • Maintaining product master data, customer pricing files, and RTB requests
  • Producing regular supply chain reports for internal stakeholders
  • Supporting demand planning for existing and new products
  • Creating and submitting inventory orders to ensure uninterrupted supply
  • Managing sample requests, stock takes, and quarterly sample counts
  • Monitoring obsolete stock and supporting annual destruction processes
  • Supporting S&OP meetings, SOX controls, CRP/Evergreen submissions, and audits
  • Managing and reviewing vendors, including value-added and clinical homecare services
  • Assisting with budgeting, invoice reconciliation, and cost-efficiency initiatives
  • Contributing to cross-functional projects and continuous improvement initiatives

About You

  • Experience in the UK pharmaceutical industry, ideally within supply chain (manufacturer or 3PL)
  • Degree-educated
  • Strong Excel capability and experience working with ERP systems
  • Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
  • Highly organised, analytical, and solution-focused
  • Experience with clinical homecare is an advantage
