The Role

You’ll support end-to-end UK supply chain operations, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure products are delivered efficiently, compliantly, and on time.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing sample requests, stock takes, and quarterly sample counts
  • Monitoring obsolete stock and supporting annual destruction processes
  • Supporting S&OP meetings, SOX controls, CRP/Evergreen submissions, and audits
  • Managing and reviewing vendors, including value-added and clinical homecare services
  • Assisting with budgeting, invoice reconciliation, and cost-efficiency initiatives
  • Contributing to cross-functional projects and continuous improvement initiatives

About You

  • Experience in the UK pharmaceutical industry, ideally within supply chain (manufacturer or 3PL)
  • Degree-educated
  • Strong Excel capability and experience working with ERP systems
  • Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
  • Highly organised, analytical, and solution-focused
  • Experience with clinical homecare is an advantage

Why Join?

  • A broad, varied role with genuine responsibility and visibility
  • Exposure to commercial, finance, quality, and operational teams
  • Opportunities for continuous professional development
  • A culture that values creativity, integrity, challenge, and high performance
