We’re looking for an experienced Medical Governance Manager to lead UK medical compliance and governance within a pharmaceutical environment. This role suits a confident decision-maker with strong regulatory expertise who can partner cross-functionally and act as the ABPI final medical signatory.
What You’ll Do
- Act as ABPI final medical signatory
- Own and maintain the UK medical governance framework and SOPs
- Ensure compliance with ABPI Code, GCP, ICH, and ethical standards
- Lead audits, risk assessments, investigations, and corrective actions
- Oversee PMCPA complaints and external regulatory correspondence
- Lead Disclosure of Transfer of Value processes
- Review and approve promotional and medical materials
- Advise senior stakeholders on governance and compliance risks
- Align UK activities with global compliance initiatives
What We’re Looking For
- Degree qualified
- Strong pharma experience in medical governance or medical excellence
- ABPI final medical signatory status
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Comfortable working autonomously in a high-accountability role
