We’re looking for an experienced Key Account Manager to join our team and help drive growth within our Unlicensed Medicines portfolio across UK hospitals. In this role, you’ll take ownership of key hospital accounts — building trusted relationships, identifying opportunities, and ensuring we deliver the best possible service to our customers. You’ll play a key part in achieving our sales and profit targets by turning strategy into action and always putting the customer first.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Develop and deliver a focused sales plan to grow existing accounts and win new business.
- Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders across hospital pharmacy, procurement, and aseptic units.
- Identify unlicensed medicines and short-supply products that meet customer needs.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth supply, strong communication, and excellent service.
- Review data to track progress, spot trends, and shape future opportunities.
- Represent the business at relevant industry meetings and events.
What We’re Looking For
- At least 2–3 years’ experience in pharmaceutical Key Account Management, ideally with NHS or wholesaler experience.
- A solid understanding of the unlicensed medicines space and related regulatory requirements.
- A strong track record in achieving sales growth.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A team player who’s also confident working independently.
