Field-Based Engagement Specialist – Join an Exciting New Launch!

Location: Bristol Territory: Hampshire to Bristol to Devon and Cornwall

We’re looking for a passionate Engagement Specialist to join our field team and play a key role in an exciting new product launch. You’ll connect with healthcare professionals across primary and secondary care — sparking meaningful conversations, driving awareness, and helping make a real difference to patients.

What You’ll Do

  • Build strong relationships with HCPs across your territory.
  • Drive engagement using a mix of digital tools, CRM, and face-to-face interactions.
  • Maximise prescribing opportunities by guiding customers on the patient journey.
  • Keep admin and reporting slick so you can focus on what you do best — engaging people.
  • Collaborate closely with your team to make this launch a success.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years’ experience in healthcare/pharma engagement or primary care.
  • Confident using multi-channel platforms and CRM systems.
  • Excellent communicator with strong influencing skills.
  • Familiarity with the NHS landscape.
  • Degree (or equivalent) and ABPI certification are a bonus.
  • Full UK driving license.
