Are you passionate about transforming patient outcomes in rare diseases? We are seeking an experienced and driven Business Manager to join our UK Commercial team, covering the South of the UK. This role combines commercial leadership with hands‑on marketing support to accelerate access to innovative therapies that address high unmet medical needs.

What you’ll do:

  • Develop and implement strategic business plans across key accounts in your region
  • Build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals and stakeholders to drive awareness and advocacy
  • Support patient access initiatives by navigating local and regional funding pathways
  • Provide tactical marketing support, including developing branded and non‑branded materials, supporting events, and shaping UK marketing plans
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally to deliver impactful, patient‑focused solutions
  • Manage budgets, reporting, and CRM activity with precision and efficiency

What we’re looking for:

  • Degree‑level education (scientific background preferred)
  • Proven experience in rare diseases and successful product launches
  • Strong commercial acumen with at least 5 years’ experience in pharma account management and market access
  • Marketing experience an advantage
  • A curious, solution‑oriented mindset with the drive to positively influence the patient journey
  • Adaptability to thrive in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Flexibility for frequent UK travel (with occasional international travel)
