Job Overview
As a Partnerships Associate, you’ll be the face of the organisation across GP practices and PCNs. Your mission is simple: make it easy for clinicians to refer patients who would benefit from high‑quality weight‑management and lifestyle support.
- Build relationships with GP practices and PCNs
- Deliver education sessions and present at meetings
- Drive referral volume across your territory
- Share on‑the‑ground insights to inform strategy
- Manage your territory independently and professionally
To be successful
- You’ll bring strong communication skills, confidence presenting to clinicians, and the ability to build rapport quickly.
- At least 1 year experience of medical sales or a clear desire to excel in this industry
- Experience working with GP practices or NHS settings
- Understanding of PCNs, referral pathways and practice operations
- Strong organisation and autonomy
- CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Full UK driving licence
