Job Overview:
As Brand Manager, you will lead the development and execution of brand strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory standards. You’ll manage product launches, promotional campaigns, and pricing strategies while building and leading a virtual, cross-functional brand team. Acting as the central link between internal teams, external partners, and the Marketing Authorisation Holder (MAH), you’ll play a pivotal role in driving growth and delivering value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement brand plans aligned with MAH agreements
- Lead product launches and lifecycle management activities
- Develop compliant, multichannel marketing campaigns tailored to the UK market
- Shape and execute pricing strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets
- Build and lead a virtual cross-functional brand team for agile delivery
- Partner with supply chain and commercial teams to ensure accurate forecasting and reliable supply
- Act as primary contact for MAH and manage external agency relationships
To be successful:
We are looking for a strategic, commercially minded marketer with a strong understanding of pharmaceutical brand management.
- 5+ years’ experience in UK pharmaceutical brand/product management
- Proven success in driving commercial growth and managing product lifecycles
- Experience working on UK and EMEA projects
- Expertise in pricing, forecasting, and P&L management
- Strong knowledge of ABPI Code and UK regulatory frameworks
- Excellent communicator and influencer, able to lead virtual teams
- Degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Marketing (Master’s preferred)
