We are looking for an experienced Brand Manager to lead the commercial and marketing strategy for a portfolio of pharmaceutical products in the UK. This role is suited to a driven, commercially minded marketer who can combine strategic thinking with practical execution to deliver measurable results.

Job Overview
- Develop and implement brand plans that support agreed business objectives.
- Lead product launches and lifecycle management activities.
- Shape and deliver promotional and multichannel marketing campaigns.
- Manage pricing, forecasting, and performance reporting.
- Build and lead a cross‑functional virtual brand team.
- Partner with internal teams and external agencies to deliver compliant, impactful activity.
- Monitor performance and adapt strategies to achieve commercial goals.
To be successful
- 5+ years’ experience in UK pharmaceutical brand or product management.
- Proven success in driving brand growth and managing product lifecycles.
- Strong understanding of segmentation, targeting, and positioning.
- Experience in pricing strategy, forecasting, and P&L management.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and influencing skills.
- Sound knowledge of the ABPI Code of Practice and UK regulatory frameworks.
- Degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s desirable).
