Job Overview

  • Sales account management, promoting to HCPs and healthcare accounts as defined by targeting and segmentation exercise.
  • Delivering results against agreed KPIs and project objectives which may include, but not be restricted to sales targets, formularies, shared care guidelines, activity targets.
  • Proactive account management activities, to include but not be limited to contacting all categories and levels of HCPs using a variety of multi-channel means of communication.
  • Orchestrate the customer journey through digital platforms and digital marketing tools, capturing permissions and customer preferences.
  • Shared responsibility and ownership for continued education and acquisition of relevant knowledge and skills in order to perform at an optimum level.

To be successful

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in healthcare/pharmaceutical with proven success in primary and secondary care and key account management
  • Demonstrable experience in formulary work within primary care for new product launch
  • Experience of working with the changing NHS to include an understanding of the different NHS roles of relevant personnel.
  • Able to effectively use multiple platforms to engage with internal and external customers.
  • Strong influencing, selling and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent multi-channel skills experience
  • Highly organised and detail orientated.
