Star Legal have an opportunity for a dynamic and pro-active Family Law Solicitor to join our Wokingham office, leading a small but busy Litigation Department. The ideal candidate will have a wide range of experience, including pre-marital and separation agreements, disputes concerning contact or residence arrangements for children, divorce, financial issues between both married and unmarried couples, and be equally at home resolving disputes through negotiation and mediation or, where necessary, via court proceedings.
You will be proficient in the Microsoft 365 Office Suite and have experience using a case management system.
