We are seeking dedicated and customer-focused individuals to join our Food & Beverage team as either a Waitress or Waitress Supervisor . You will play a key role in delivering exceptional service in both our sports bar and la carte restaurant , ensuring guests have a memorable dining experience. Supervisors will also take on additional leadership responsibilities, overseeing the waitstaff and assisting in the smooth operation of the restaurant and bar.
Key Responsibilities: Waitress Duties:
- Greet and seat guests with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Take accurate food and drink orders and ensure timely service.
- Provide menu recommendations and upsell where appropriate.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high service standards.
- Process payments and operate the POS system.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar staff for smooth service.
- Follow all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Waitress Supervisor Additional Duties:
- Supervise and support waitstaff to ensure consistent service quality.
- Train and mentor new team members.
- Oversee table management, reservations, and restaurant flow.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
- Assist with stock management and ordering restaurant essentials.

Skills & Experience Required:
